Our service
We introduce vehicle owners to selected buying partners. The vehicle sale contract is between the seller and the purchasing dealer. OfferMyMotor does not purchase the vehicle, hold sale proceeds or provide credit or finance settlement services through this pilot.
Seller fees and dealer offers
Submitting a seller enquiry is free. We may receive an agreed fee from a dealer after a completed purchase. We do not promise a valuation, offer, sale, highest market price or collection date. Offers are provided by individual buyers and may be conditional on inspection, ownership checks and an accurate description. Collection costs and timing must be confirmed before you accept.
Your information
Provide accurate details, disclose known defects and only submit a vehicle you own and are authorised to sell. This pilot accepts vehicles without outstanding finance. Ask us about other circumstances before submitting.
Inspection and payment
The buyer and seller agree inspection, any proposed price change, payment and handover directly. You can decline a revised offer. Confirm that payment has arrived in your own bank account before releasing the vehicle or keys. The dealer is responsible for its own checks and purchase documentation.
Enquiries and complaints
Use our complaints page to contact the operator with your enquiry reference. We will review issues concerning our introduction service and help route vehicle-purchase issues to the dealer. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Dealer participation
Submitting an application does not grant access to seller information. Approval and a separate commercial agreement are required before opportunities are shared or fees become payable.
