We want you to be able to understand the service, complete an enquiry and contact us when you need help.
Using the website
You can navigate links and controls with a keyboard and use the “Skip to content” link. Forms have visible labels and error messages. The layout adapts to smaller screens and text enlargement, and respects reduced-motion preferences.
Completing an enquiry
Photographs are optional. Required fields are marked, and the seller form is split into vehicle, condition and contact steps. Forms and the private seller dashboard require JavaScript.
If a page is difficult to use
Contact the team or request a callback. Tell us which page or step is causing a problem and how you would prefer us to help. If a form itself is inaccessible, use the email or telephone shown on our contact page.
Reporting a problem
It helps to include the page address, what you were trying to do, and your browser or assistive technology if you know it. Do not send passwords or private enquiry links.
What we are still checking
The site has not undergone an independent accessibility audit. We cannot claim full conformance with an accessibility standard. We will review reported issues and prioritise improvements that help people use the service.
